Wikileak and the real deal on the New World Order

There are people who feel duty-bound to explore their environment. They poke around, investigate and record many things, however irrelevant. They mostly do these things for their own personal satisfactions.

I am mindful of Jacque Cousteau and what he did with his underwater curiosities and what scientist of the Genome Project came up with wanting to explore the genetic makeup of the human species. Rachel Carson and Bill Gates also fall within this category of exploring and just ‘being nosey’. I am all but certain they all had their foes.

And so it is and in my opinion, Julian Assange and his colleagues had burning desires to explore various political components of the world in which they live. They have probably heard the words “New World Order” much longer during their lifetime than I have, hence the youthful curiosity. They had questions. They wanted answers. They started their journey for answers by investing appropriate time and energies in developing the necessary tools and skills to help them find what they were seeking. They had a mission.

There is a price to pay for the results and level of brilliance demonstrated thus far by Assange and his colleagues in pursuing their mission. There is also an expression, “No good deed goes unpunished!” The world can not allow these guys to be punished. These are the kind of people who advance civilizations far into the future, the kind of people who lay foundations with boundaries of unimaginable proportion for generations after generation to build upon.

However, at this time and of urgent need is the fact they must be protected. They must be made safe for their ‘good deed’. Humanity has to do this. Humanity has to protect Julian Assange and his colleagues and make them safe.

Wikileaks - a VERY big deal....
by Eagleye
Excerpt:
Our corporate media fails to grasp the essence of the Wikileaks story. What Julian Assange and his colleagues are doing amounts to much more than simply embarrassing our diplomatic corps and pissing off the Justice Department. Enclosed below is a video presentation that explains the broader Wikileaks agenda, and how the organization plans to achieve their long term goals. These guys are brilliant, and there is good reason for the global power elite and the corrupt oligarchs to be concerned.

Tax Cuts: Rich get richer, poor get wealthier

I have concluded in political terms, “tax cuts” does not mean “lower taxes” as users of the term want to imply and with all deliberations giving absolutely no examples.

By always using the exact same two words, tax cuts, they can continue the manipulation of what is really involved with letting the Bush taxes expire at the end of the year.

In other words and in plain English, those pontificators do not know what they are talking about. Plain and simple. They are going to vote on something pretending they have an understanding of what they are doing but believe me, they do not have the vaguest. Not a clue!

Imagine my disappointment after waiting all day for Rachel to come on to explain it to me what this shit is all about and even she could not get beyond the two words, “tax cuts!”

It was the same ol’ crap: If we let the Bush tax cuts expire, the wealthy will get poorly rich and the poor will get wealthier but not rich and it ain’t necessarily so”. (Smile) I am mindful of the almost and equally meaningless passé expression, “Cutting or lowering the deficit.”

World cup events going to Russia and Qatar.
-OK you guys, we have to make a calendar. We have to decide where we are going to have these next two all star soccer events. You wanna go first, Hugo?

Well, it would have to be a country that would accept the passports of all of the team members and their entourages.

- Singh?
It would have to be a country that has good up to date infrastructure for moving around.

- Muhammad?
It would have to be a country whose citizens would not create embarrassing incidences for members of my entourage.

-Nanji?
We wouldn’t want to get robbed or mugged.

- Mr. Chang?
I remember we had to address some media creation stuff about the athletes confronting air pollution. And at some events, there was the unfolding of banners about the human rights of our citizens.

- Hilda?
About that passport thing. What if certain passports are not what they should be for that country? Or worst, not even pre-approved? I mean, supposing we find out that country has decided a member of one of our teams was trained by a teacher who was also trained by a teacher who was called a Nazi or a Nazi sympathizer some sixty or seventy years ago? (Sniff) Can you imagine what they would do in the press? And start talking about the 1936 Olympics in Berlin and all? (Sniff) It would be a mess, I tell you, a total and complete mess! (Boo-hoo)

-Arish?
True, and what if a member or some members of our entourage can not get pass a metal detector or something to board his plane to get back home? Or worst, suppose he is arrested in the airport?

-Yes, Mr. Chang, you want to add something?
We want a country that may not be bankrupted by the time we have our events.

- Chuck, I mean, Charles?
(Silence)

- Well then. Hear, hear! Are we talking about having the events in Russia in 2018?
(All) Definitely!

-….and in Qatar in 2022?
(All) Right on!

In todays’ world, it is hard to imagine typing anything and even harder to imagine hand writing something and praying as you hand carry it to a publisher or to the post office.

……Yeah, Ma, all his stuff and all Michelles’ and the girls’ stuff laying all over the lawn and in the driveway and there’s a man there changing the locks on the doors and all those people around yelling and screaming! Gates? Did you say gates? They tore those mugs down! Do you think Obama and his family are going on a winter vacation or something? Huh? What does reading something in Wikileak have to do with it? Pain? Oh, Spain! Wait a minute. There he is now. He’s running down the driveway! Look, he’s trying to hail a cab. This is embarrassing!

International Quid pro Quo and other shenanigans

I am at peace now. I know why Pres. Obama is constantly kissing the rear end of Republicans and bending over grabbing his ankles everytime he sees one. It has become a seductive and tantalizing art form for him akin to fan dancing.

This diary by Sydserious says it all; the Obama administration was the active participant in protecting the Bush administration from paying the price for its criminal activities.

To me, it is no longer a wonder why Republicans do-do on the President every chance they get. I know it is tasteless but people tend to do that to others when they have no respect for them regardless of racial issues. For the President, I think this has developed into what is commonly called 'un-anticipated consequences'.

It wasn’t supposed to be this way. And as a result, the President is in a serious state of denial (Shock?) that has to be taking its toil on him. Its just a matter of time. It‘s called, “Conscious” as the President finds himself doing what Albert Einstein said would happen when you do the same thing over and over expecting different outcomes.

For a person as intelligent as the President, this has to be a worrisome thing. I repeat, it is only a matter of time and I am sure professional helpers see this kind of thing happening all the time in their various practices. (Now we know it wasn’t Rahm.)

The Republicans, however, have to do their part. They have to keep their end of the bargain. They have to now present a weak Presidential candidate who is sure to lose in 2012. They need this guy staying in the White House to continue carrying their water with the extra bonus of delivering delicious news cycles.

Diplomacy is a bitch! We are learning this more and more from the Wikileak papers and I continue to believe heroes jump out on stage coming from the darnest places and when you least expect them.

This short and simple diary of Sydserious is indeed a serious one and I say, “Kudos! Thanks for posting!” My Mother use to say, “What you do in the dark will surely come to light.”
WTF? Obama and GOP worked to kill torture probe
by Sydserious
Excerpt:
The case eventually came to be overseen by another judge who last spring asked the parties behind the complaint to explain why the investigation should continue. Several human rights groups filed a brief urging this judge to keep the case alive, citing the Obama administration's failure to prosecute the Bush officials. Since then, there's been no action. The Obama administration essentially got what it wanted. The case of the Bush Six went away.

And
Back when it seemed that this case could become a major international issue, during an April 14, 2009, White House briefing, I asked press secretary Robert Gibbs if the Obama administration would cooperate with any request from the Spaniards for information and documents related to the Bush Six. He said, "I don't want to get involved in hypotheticals." What he didn't disclose was that the Obama administration, working with Republicans, was actively pressuring the Spaniards to drop the investigation. Those efforts apparently paid off, and, as this WikiLeaks-released cable shows, Gonzales, Haynes, Feith, Bybee, Addington, and Yoo owed Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton thank-you notes.

Is President Obama running for re-election in 2012?

In my opinion, it would only be decent for Pres. Obama to announce to what’s left of his base if he is going to run for re-election in 2012. It appears Republicans have already lined up at the starting gate while Democrats, led by the President, are still milling around, chatting and profiling in the cocktail lounge trying to start a community sing of “Kumbaya!”

For all reasons political, I think Democrats should start looking around for another Presidential contender for 2012. I am constraining myself putting this as delicately as I can. It takes a few years prepping and getting a machinery in place for a person to run for President.

The President gave a speech this afternoon after meeting with Republicans and it sounded (Lord forgive me) depraved!

Democratic State Lawmakers Switching Parties In Wake Of Election

SHANNON McCAFFREY
Excerpt:
In Alabama, four Democrats announced last week they were joining the GOP, giving Republicans a supermajority in the House that allows them to pass legislation without any support from the other party. The party switch of a Democratic lawmaker from New Orleans handed control of Louisiana's House to Republicans for the first time since Reconstruction.

And
In most cases, those who've jumped ship said the Democratic Party abandoned them – not the other way around.

And
But since the civil rights era of the 1960s the South has been growing increasingly Republican, in part because of Democrats changing their party affiliations.

Folks going off at unemployment offices (UPDATE x 5 from Keith Olbermann)
by icebergslim
Excerpt:
This is the most selfish country around and leadership in this country is "meh". At this point, what is the difference if you are a Democrat or Republican, the outcome is all for the lobbyists, corporations and rich. Everyone else or the other 98%, fuck 'em. And that is called getting screwed by this government.

Changin’ times

- Girl, what you doing here today? You working week-ends now?

- No, I just need the extra money.

- Can’t make it on the pennies they give us here, huh?

- I do alright. It’s that Howard wants a pair of diamond ear rings this year for Christmas.

- (Gasp!)

- He's already picked them out and everything.

- (Groan!)

Adm. Mullen to Fareed, "I think…."

Admiral Michael Mullen was on “Global Public Square” this morning appearing very shallow in answering questions related to our present wars. Maybe he had not ‘woke-up’ yet.

Mr. Mullen was presented by host Fareed Zakaria as the top man in our military and an advisor to the President.

As much as I do not like to be critical of political persons expressing themselves, but when they demonstrate air-head knowledge regarding their field of expertise, I gets nuhervus.

Adm. Mullen on Afghanistan:
I think….my belief….we had no suspicion…. I think….the answer is too simple….not that I can see..

Adm. Mullen on Iran:
Will Iran tell the truth….I think…

Adm. On Yemen:
No easy answer….I think that will continue…

The good Adm. Mullen may be top man in the military but in my opinion, he is bottom man in formulating his thoughts as to how to evaluate and fight a war. His appearance on TV today should be an embarrassment to him. One would wonder who is deluding him that he has expertise in the upper echelons of the military. Epic fail!
