Is President Obama running for re-election in 2012?

In my opinion, it would only be decent for Pres. Obama to announce to what’s left of his base if he is going to run for re-election in 2012. It appears Republicans have already lined up at the starting gate while Democrats, led by the President, are still milling around, chatting and profiling in the cocktail lounge trying to start a community sing of “Kumbaya!”

For all reasons political, I think Democrats should start looking around for another Presidential contender for 2012. I am constraining myself putting this as delicately as I can. It takes a few years prepping and getting a machinery in place for a person to run for President.

The President gave a speech this afternoon after meeting with Republicans and it sounded (Lord forgive me) depraved!

Fighting for the dignity of my Ancestors,
God bless Bill Gates, WPFW, C-SPAN and the spirits of the unborn for the help,

And
But since the civil rights era of the 1960s the South has been growing increasingly Republican, in part because of Democrats changing their party affiliations.

Excerpt:
This is the most selfish country around and leadership in this country is "meh". At this point, what is the difference if you are a Democrat or Republican, the outcome is all for the lobbyists, corporations and rich. Everyone else or the other 98%, fuck 'em. And that is called getting screwed by this government.
