Ed Schultz of MSNBC called her “…a slut!”

If calling a woman a slut were analogous to a murder, would the case be considered first or second degree murder? My understanding is first degree murder is pre-meditated while there are elements of spontaneity in a second degree murder.
Yesterday, Schultz said:
"President Obama is going to be visiting Joplin, Mo., on Sunday but you know what they're talking about, like this right-wing slut, what's her name?, Laura Ingraham?" he said on his radio show. "Yeah, she's a talk slut. You see, she was, back in the day, praising President Reagan when he was drinking a beer overseas. But now that Obama's doing it, they're working him over."

In my opinion, when flirting with temptations to call a person a derogatory name, instantaneous considerations should be having the assurance a lawyer can defend you.

In my teacher preparation course, I vividly remember the teacher telling us to never call a student “dumb and stupid!” She advised us, if our frustration level got to that point, to say “You are acting like you are dumb and stupid.”

Did Republicans lose NY-26 due to Netanyahu?

I will concede the point Democratic candidate Kathy Hochul had consistently gotten slighter better poll numbers than Republican candidate Jane Corwin for a seat in the U.S. Congress.

As was espoused several nights on the Rachel Maddow show, the reason was due to the fact when Republican candidate Jane Corwin wrapped herself in garments from the Paul Ryan collection and strutted down the runway, eyebrows raised, concerns were registered and, in many cases, heightened to a state of fixation with the rigidity of a Victorian girdle.

In my opinion, the Paul Ryan proposal for modifications to Medicare was so toxic for his fellow Republicans in NY-26 they simply shyed away from the association and also from candidate Jane Corwin who was only just trying to do her thing.

Again, and in my opinion, after witnessing the rift between Pres. Obama and PM Netanyahu of Israel and, especially after his speech to the Congress, there were desires for Republicans of NY-26 to send encrypted messages to fellow Republicans in Congress by casting votes supporting Democratic contender Kathy Hochul.

Republican Speaker of the House John Boehner inviting PM Netanyahu here to America to insult Pres. Obama and to speak to Congress did not go un-noticed.

If I were a Republican living in NY-26, Netanyahu would have been the deciding factor for me. Who would know if I didn't tell?
