Here’s another one for yuh, Eric Holder!

Swiss whistleblower Rudolf Elmer plans to hand over offshore banking secrets of the rich and famous to Wikileaks

In the world of today and in my opinion, doing your best is not good enough! I think the Department of Justice and other American agencies can not think, prepare for nor deal with any meaningful solutions under their charge due to the fact they can not think and strategize beyond entanglements inherent in webs of paranoia.

With the Wikileaks papers, Mr. Holder has Sec. Hilary Clinton and ambassadors breathing down his neck and perhaps by-passing him altogether seeking help from powerful sub-units in the DOJ agency. I can imagine Ms. Clinton and ambassadors many a day coming into the building not visiting his office. He may even pass members of their entourage lurking in the halls. The fragmentation is glaring! The incompetence sun shiny bright. The ‘dead in your tracks’ scenario non-controversial.

In my opinion, Mr. Holder is knee deep in shit at the DOJ and he will drown in it. He has choices and, hopefully, friends in the agency willing to help him make difficult decisions.
As always,
BB

Swiss whistleblower Rudolf Elmer plans to hand over offshore banking secrets of the rich and famous to WikiLeaks
Ed Vulliamy # The Observer, Sunday 16 January 2011
Excerpt:
The offshore bank account details of 2,000 "high net worth individuals" and corporations – detailing massive potential tax evasion – will be handed over to the WikiLeaks organisation in London tomorrow by the most important and boldest whistleblower in Swiss banking history, Rudolf Elmer, two days before he goes on trial in his native Switzerland.

And
British and American individuals and companies are among the offshore clients whose details will be contained on CDs presented to WikiLeaks at the Frontline Club in London. Those involved include, Elmer tells the Observer, "approximately 40 politicians".

And
Along with the City of London and Wall Street, Switzerland is a fortress of banking and financial services, but famously secretive and expert in the concealment of wealth from all over the world for tax evasion and other extra-legal purposes.
