Wanted: Manumission papers for Reps. Rangel, Waters and the President (A metaphor)
Can the President rescind or nullify the Congressional censure of Rep. Charlie Rangel? Will Rep. Maxine Waters be next? There is talk involving the President in a situation regarding *manumission papers. Finally, I note discussions heating up regarding RNC Chairman Michael Steele wanting his manumissions papers so he can be himself minus superfluous racial overtones.
Will 2011 be the year of manumissions? How much longer will we be denied?
