Will Alvin Greens’ revolution be televised?
I know how serious they say it is when you start hearing voices. They say “You crazy!” or something like that but most people are polite and say something like, “He must be off his medications.”
That’s what they say about people hearing voices but supposing you are hearing only one voice? One voice saying stuff like:

Earlier in the same interview, I had asked Greene about his dismissal from the Air Force. His answer was, somewhat typically, cryptic. “I left the Air Force in September '05,” he said. “I ran through some problems, dealing with rank. It's a long story. I guess that will be the next thing they will be focusing on.” I asked him repeatedly to clarify further, and he declined to do so.
And
But less than an hour later, he was encouraging me to pursue the story of his Air Force dismissal. He later declined to help by granting permission to one of his former officers to discuss his service. An Air Force public affairs officer said Greene was discharged through an administrative action, not a court martial, which is consistent with Greene's characterization of an “involuntary” discharge. Otherwise, Air Force officials said they would not discuss the details.

That’s what they say about people hearing voices but supposing you are hearing only one voice? One voice saying stuff like:
They didn’t treat me right! When I went into the Air Force, I was supposed to be commissioned. Even then they laughed at me telling me I didn’t have enough experience. When I showed them my papers from school, they said they would try me in intelligence but I better do good or they had somewhere else they would put me. “Somewhere more suited”, they said, “to my station in life”, they said. They was always laughing.
Then one day they said my exams say I would serve my country best by being in supplies so that’s where they put me. I start writing letters. I wrote to my commanding offers and one time I even wrote to the President. I told all of’em that they were not treating me right. So one day he told me to pack my things that I was getting a discharge and not to worry because they were going to give me a good going away present of some money. They said they were going to give me some money.
It took them a long time to give me that money. I had to call them mostly everyday. I said when I get that money, I was going to tell everybody what they did to me. It was not right. So that’s when I decided to run for Senator ’cause I knew people would listen to me then. People would find out they didn’t treat me right. They gotta hear me then!
They heard that guy call the President a liar’n nothing happened to him. He was already a Senator. He was in the reserves too, being disrespectful to our Commander in Chief and all, and nothing happened to him, so I figure they got to hear me too ’cause I won’t be lying. They gotta hear!
