Pres. Obama says ‘Happy New Year and FU!’

What the President did on New Years’ Eve was tragic. He signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act. In my opinion, the President has created a smoldering volcano that will erupt any day. In other countries, I have heard of family members disappearing never to be heard of again and that movie is coming soon to a local theater in America.

The National Defense Authorization Act is not a leap from democracy to tyranny, but it is another major step on a steady and accelerating decade-long march toward a police-and-war state.

Contenders become wards of the media.
In my opinion, if Sen. Ron Paul wins the nomination in Iowa tonight, the other contenders not having the money nor meaningful infrastructure to go to New Hampshire and South Carolina will get a free ride from the media. Media would never let a good chance to polarize Americans go un-exploited. Happy New Year, indeed!
